Welcome to FashionMaier! We value your trust and want you to feel comfortable when shopping with us. This Refund & Exchange Policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for items purchased through our website.
1. Refund Policy
At FashionMaier, we strive to deliver products that meet the highest quality standards. Refunds are available for defective or damaged items only, subject to the following conditions:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging, with all tags intact.
- Refunds will be processed based on the purchase invoice or the item’s current value, whichever is lower.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
To request a refund, please contact our support team before returning any item. Including your order number and photos of the defective item will help speed up the process.
Please also include a copy of the original shipping bill in your return parcel.
2. Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes an outfit might not be a perfect fit or match. Non-defective items can be exchanged only (no cash refunds) under the following conditions:
- Items must be in new, unused, unwashed, and resalable condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be included.
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and any applicable restocking fee.
- If an item has been opened, tried on, or shows signs of wear, a 30% restocking fee may apply.
Once we receive your returned product and it passes quality inspection, we’ll process the exchange or issue store credit within 5–7 business days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Used, washed, or altered fashion items
- Accessories or sale/clearance items
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
4. Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our support team as soon as possible.
5. Product Quality Check
Every FashionMaier product goes through a strict quality inspection before shipping. However, if you receive an item that is defective or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
6. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email our support team at support@fashionmaier.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
- Wait for our confirmation and shipping instructions.
- Pack your item securely and include the invoice and shipping bill copy.
- Ship the product to the address provided by our team.
7. Important Notes
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once your return is approved.
- Depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- FashionMaier reserves the right to reject a refund or exchange request if the product does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
